Mark your calendar! The Together We Can Conference 2026 is returning May 2, 2026 for another statewide gathering focused on connection, learning, and support for people with disabilities, their families, and the professionals who support them.

📍 Location: Iowa State Fairgrounds, Varied Industry Building

Hosted by ASK Resource Center, the Together We Can Conference brings together individuals, caregivers, educators, service providers, and community partners from across Iowa. Each year, the conference offers opportunities to learn, share resources, and build meaningful connections in an inclusive and welcoming environment.

Who Should Attend?

The conference is designed for:

  • People with disabilities

  • Parents, caregivers, and families

  • Youth and young adults with disabilities

  • Siblings of people with disabilities 

  • Educators, service providers, and other professionals

  • Community organizations, exhibitors, and sponsors

What to Expect?

The Together We Can Conference typically includes:

  • A keynote presentation

  • Breakout sessions on disability-related topics

  • Conference within a conference for youth and young adults with disabilities 

  • Sibshops and Sibteens workshops

  • An exhibitor fair with resources and community partners

  • Opportunities to connect with others from across the state
