Together We Can (TWC) is a fun and inspiring one-day conference for parents, caregivers, educators, youth and young adults with disabilities, and the professionals who support them. This event brings together over 200 people to connect, share ideas, and learn from one another in a welcoming and supportive space.
Attendees can choose from a variety of sessions that offer helpful tips, useful resources, and real-life experiences. These sessions are designed to support people with disabilities at all stages of life. Attendees will also have a change to connect with resources from across the state to learn of programs to support you and your families.
Whether you want to learn something new, build your confidence, or meet others who understand your journey, TWC has something for you. With activities and information for all ages, there is truly something for the whole family.
